Snehal Shah, CEO and Founder

Snehal is a successful entrepreneur and brings 25 years of experience in software product development and business management to Sarla Analytics. In the past two decades he was involved in the successful launch of three companies under The Sarla Group umbrella. Each of the companies was subsequently acquired and their products, technologies, and services are still in use today.
Most recently, Snehal was the co-founder and CEO of iSarla Inc. where he developed and marketed iEmployee, a hosted HR and payroll software solution. iSarla was acquired by Asure Software (NASDAQ: ASUR) in 2007. Prior to iEmployee he launched Sarla Software and Systems to develop quality control software and provide IT consulting contract services for users of Ceridian Corporation’s payroll products. The consulting contract was acquired by Ceridian in 2002. In 1991, Snehal founded Sarla Technologies. The company focused on industrial automation solutions and offered PC-based Machine View Software (Intellution’s FIX MMI). Pidilite Industries acquired Sarla Technologies in 2000

Manoj holds an MBA (Operations) and brings 10+ years of software experience primarily working in the Software as a Service business space. Manoj brings variety of expertise including business development, Client Relations, Implementation and support, Project Management and overall business administration. He was involved in starting and managing several key customers at iEmployee, has been a key project manager at Tata Interactive Systems successfully completing multiple implementation projects (e-Learning Products) and Custom Product Development projects for global Clients.
He currently heads the India operations and manages global Sales & Support, Marketing and Partner Alliances for SmartGlance.

Jeff Dumas, Chief Technology Consultant

Jeff is a 15 year veteran of the software industry and an early pioneer of Software as a Service solutions. He was the key contributor in the development of iEmployee, which was one of the first cloud computing software services available for the HR/payroll industry. His product development team overcame the early challenges of the Software as a Service platform and was instrumental in the success of iEmployee. Today there are over 40,000 users of the iEmployee hosted time and attendance HRIS system. Jeff will play a significant role in the development and support of the SmartGlance mobile business reporting solution.

Jeffrey brings with him 10 years of executive accounting and financial management experience. Most recently, he provided financial management consulting services for two manufacturing companies. From 2002 to 2006, he helped iSarla Inc. (www.sarlatech.com) secure venture funding and closely monitored company operations to help achieve profitability goals.

Adam Ograbisz, Software Architecture and Development

Adam graduated in software engineering from WPI. He brings 10 years of experience in development of "Software as a Service" solutions. He was the key developer at iEmployee, the first cloud computing software for HR and Time industry. Today there are over 40,000 users of the iEmployee's hosted time and attendance HRIS system. At SmartGlance, Adam is a founding member, primary software architect and key developer. Adam is well versed with several technologies including phones, cloud and on-site.
