SmartGlance service transfers data from your company database in three ways: On-Demand, Real-time Secured Cloud and Real-Time On-Site service.
SmartGlance On-Demand service:
- Easily Transfer data/reports/KPIs using Excel Templates.
- Send data as often as needed
- Simple to use: Update Excel template with data and click “Send to Mobile” button.
- Data goes to the SmartGlance secured hosted database in the cloud and then further to the mobile phone in a secured manner.
- Users see the data on their SmartGlance phone App within a few seconds.
- Company administrators can determine who receives reports/data, what reports/data to keep/delete, add/delete viewers, manage user groups, delete terminated employees and so forth.
SmartGlance Real-Time Secured Cloud service:
- No manual intervention. Completely automatic.
- Automatic data Transfer using Software Connectors. Connectors interface SmartGlance to systems using Oracle, SQL, SAP, CRM, ERP databases for user selected data transfer.
- Easy to create new connectors. (SmartGlance provides standard XML and CSV data format document (API) to receive data. Any system can send data to SmartGlance using the API to publish it on the phones.)
- Data goes to the SmartGlance secured hosted database in the cloud and then further to the mobile phone in secured manner
- Users see the data on their SmartGlance phone APP within a few seconds.

- SmartGlance is hosted on a server at your site.
- Your data never leaves your site.
