| Report Title 2 needs to be short and concise |

Report Title 3(RT3) can be descriptive but preferably used for the date and time for the report.

Column Headers
Keep column header short to ensure the entire column header is displayed on the phone app. Longer column headers will display partially followed by dots (...)
Thousand Separator
If you are using numbers or data values in your report separated by a thousand separator say comma (E.g. 70,895), identify this special character (comma) as a thousand separator in the 'Thousand Separator' cell as shown in the image. Failure to do so results in any data value with this thousand separator (comma) to be considered as a string and the chart will be plotted to 0 for this value.
Decimal Symbol
Decimal symbol that you are using in your report also needs to be identified in the 'Decimal Symbol' cell just like the Thousand Separator was identified.
Send To
Enter email addresses of end users who will receive and view reports on their SmartGlance app.
Multiple email addresses can be entered as comma or semi-colon separated.
If any user already receiving a report is now part of a different group or has been terminated and does not need to look at the report - remove his email address from 'Send To' box and resend the report, the report will be wiped out from the deleted user's account. If you are using SmartGlance group template to create a group of users, enter the group name in place of email addresses in this field.

Reports iButton Text
This field represents additional information about the report. All texts or URLs entered in this field will be displayed on the parent iButton (iButton column header).
Tags in first column
All the tag names in the 1st column need to be short and concise to make sure that it is displayed completely within the rows or columns
Use abbreviations for longer words when possible.
Using smaller numbers
Abbreviate large data values with decimals. Helps to scroll through reports faster. Also make the data more readable. (E.g. Show 1,234,567 as 1,234.567 or 1.234567 with a note in iButton as "Value in millions or thousands")
Avoid using Currency symbols
Using currency symbols or other special characters other comma, decimal within the data will not plot the chart so avoid using them unless needed.
